Startups in the ICT sector – call for applications!

09 January 2014 Dublin BIC is officially launching a call for applications for two programmes aimed at innovative startups in the ICT sector.

As a partner in the two EU funded projects, Dublin BIC will provide support to Irish startups seeking to enter international markets through the ACE programme (Accelerating Cross-border Engagement) and/or access international finance through the EIG programme (European Investor Gate)

Access International markets through the ACE Programme:

Ace is a targeted acceleration programme that provides support to highly innovative Irish startups and SME’s in the ICT sector to grow internationally.

As a partner in the ACE programme, Dublin BIC will provide access to:

  • International Partners
  • Funding
  • Customised Support
  • European Mentors

Access International Finance through the EIG Programme:

The EIG project connects early stage ICT startups, research projects and SMEs with international investors seeking new venture opportunities.

EIG is an exclusive partner of the European investment platform EuroQuity, offering programme participants access to a high calibre financial competence network of 6500 investors, 6500 entrepreneurs, and 2500 advisors.

As a partner in the EIG programme, Dublin BIC will provide access to:

  • Coaching and mentoring to develop international investor readiness
  • International pitching opportunities
